If I was the victim of a government pardon of a person that tried to do harm to me I would question the seat of the governor. His solution to trying to fix a problem of money is in my opinion poor judgment. This action would make me more cautious of my surroundings. What is stopping him from doing it again.
That is a good point. I did hear that money was one reason, but I think rehabilitation is more important than money? What is another way he would save Mississippi money?
